General Terms
Set-up Fee: All products provided by We Code Sites require a one-time non-refundable set-up fee, which is separate from the monthly subscription cost
Platform: All websites run on a user-friendly drag-and-drop platform
Information Dependency: Quick completion of web depends on all information provided
Additional Storage Space: Additional Storage Space will be billed.
Additional Pages: Additional Pages will be billed per hour or charged extra
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment for services rendered, the client owns the content they provide. We Code Sites retains ownership of the design and structure of the website
Liability:We Code Sites shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question
Amendments :We Code Sites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such notification shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions"
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa
Payment Terms
Payment Due Date: All payments are due on the first day of every month
Service Suspension: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services
Data Backup
Backup Responsibility: We Code Sites performs regular backups of hosting services. However, it is the client's responsibility to back up their files, including emails and settings
Storage
Storage Definition: The storage presented is the overall storage for your email, website files, databases, and any other settings you may need to run your website and emails
Domains
Domain Restrictions: Only co.za and .com domains are allowed as part of these packages
Monthly Analytics Reporting
Analytics Tool: All monthly stats are collected via Google Analytics
Client Responsibilities
Accurate and Timely Information: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, including text, images, and branding guidelines, in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information may impact project timelines. We Code Sites is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
Content Review and Approval: Clients are required to review and approve all website content, including text, images, and design elements, before the website goes live. Final approval signifies acceptance of the website's design and content. Any changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges
Change and Update Requests
Submission: All change or update requests for websites or mail services must be submitted via email
Service Suspension and Termination
Termination for Non-Payment: If a product is suspended for more than 20 days due to non-payment, the services will be terminated, and all user data will be lost.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the billing run (25th of every month); otherwise, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the following month
Subscription Basis: The subscription is on a month-to-month basis
Forfeiture: If canceled before the completion of 12 months, all files, including website files, emails, hosting setup, and domain name, will be forfeited by the client
eCommerce Website Limitations
Product Upload Limit: For eCommerce websites, We Code Sites will add up to 5 products. Additional products can be managed by the client through their backend shop access
Additional Work
Hourly Charges: Any additional work outside the specified offers will be charged on an hourly basis
Service-Specific Terms
Drag-and-Drop Platform Limitations: Our websites are built using a user-friendly drag-and-drop platform, offering extensive customization options. However, certain advanced functionalities requiring custom coding may not be supported within the standard packages. We Code Sites will clearly outline the capabilities included in each package, and any custom development requests will be evaluated separately and may incur additional costs
Scope of Website Customization: Each package includes a specific level of customization. The Starter Package offers template-based designs with limited modifications, while the Business Growth and Online Shopping packages allow for more extensive customization to align with your brand. The extent of customization will be detailed in your package agreement"
Support
Response Times: We Code Sites is committed to providing timely support to our clients. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST). Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue
Support Request Procedure: All support requests must be submitted via email to support@wecodesites.co.za or through our online support portal. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, including any relevant screenshots or error messages. This will help us expedite the resolution process

1. Overview This special offer is provided by We Code Sites Ltd for South African businesses. By signing up for our R210/month hosting plan, clients receive a free 3-page website design, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
This offer is available to active businesses that are currently trading and generating revenue.
Not available to startups or businesses without operational history.
Limited to businesses based in South Africa.
3. Hosting Plan Details
Monthly fee: R210/month (billed via Paystack subscription)
Includes: domain name (free for 1 year), website hosting, 10 email accounts, daily backups, SSL security, and support.
Website pages included: Home, About Us, Contact Us
Option to choose a single-page layout instead of 3-page layout (price remains the same)
4. Setup Fee
A once-off setup fee of R200 is charged.
Clients may waive this fee by submitting a short, authentic video testimonial after the website is completed. The video may be used on We Code Sites’ social media and marketing platforms.
5. Commitment Period
A 12-month commitment is required.
Clients who cancel before 12 months:
Will have their hosting and website suspended
Forfeit ownership of domain and website
Authorize We Code Sites to repurpose or monetize the website content (e.g., ads)
After 12 months, clients may request a:
Domain transfer to their own registrar
Downloadable copy of their website files
6. Ownership
All website and domain ownership remains with We Code Sites during the 12-month period.
Full ownership transfers to the client only after successful payment of all 12 monthly invoices.
7. Limitations
Offer does not include advanced custom development, e-commerce, booking systems, or SEO.
Additional services are available at extra cost.
We Code Sites reserves the right to reject applicants who do not meet the criteria or abuse the offer.
8. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed monthly via Paystack.
Failed or missed payments may result in website suspension.
Clients are responsible for maintaining an active payment method.
